OPPORTUNITY
We had the exciting opportunity to partner with Epic Games and the Fortnite team to create two limited-edition drives. Our mission was to captivate Fortnite players aged 8-88, offering them mind-blowing performance and exclusive in-game content.


APPROACH
We chose Peely, one of Fortnite’s most beloved characters, as the inspiration for this special product line. By leaning into Fortnite’s playful and energetic vibe, we aimed to promote universal ap-peel. As the lead on the messaging side, I collaborated closely with our copywriter to develop compelling copy that conveyed both the product’s powerful performance and its fun, lighthearted spirit. I also represented messaging alignment at the product videoshoot, working with our photographer to ensure we captured great shots that paired smoothly with our social and banner copy.




OUTCOME
The final result was copy that struck the perfect balance between informative and playful, showcasing the product’s benefits while weaving in Peely-approved puns and fun language. The videos mirrored this tone, capturing the energetic, aspirational vibe of Fortnite. A fun personal touch: my own computer mouse made a cameo in the SSD video—keep an eye out for it!
