With Adobe Summit being fully online during the pandemic, the "Learn, Earn & Win" game was designed to give attendees a fun, interactive break from digital panels and webinars while promoting Adobe Experience League. The game was a plinko-style challenge where players could learn about Adobe Experience League benefits and win real prizes. My challenge: to write compelling game copy that was both informative and engaging.
I wrote game copy that was both instructive and fun, guiding users through the game rules while maintaining a professional tone in line with Adobe and Stoke’s brand voice. I also crafted exciting, aspirational copy for prize descriptions, ensuring winners felt genuinely excited about their haul, whether it was a Starbucks gift card or a smart backpack. In addition to writing, I was heavily involved in testing and QA for the game, ensuring a seamless experience and that all elements functioned flawlessly before launch.
The game copy balanced clear instructions with a lighthearted tone that aligned with both Adobe and Stoke branding. The prize copy was more energetic, making winners feel thrilled with their reward. Played by over 55,000 attendees during the 2021 Adobe Summit, the game drove engagement, audience interaction, and brand immersion.
